About
Working at the intersection of business acumen and personal introspection.
Jane brings twenty-plus years across corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, and board seats to her executive guidance work. She has built a practice on the belief that how leaders think is the critical factor behind the decisions they make and we need to spend the time developing our abilities to understand our minds and ourselves.
A career spent in rooms where the quality of thinking has real consequences.
I began working with my own coach five years ago because I wanted to challenge my thinking. The knowledge I gained had an impact on every aspect of my life. The way I walked into meetings changed. The way I thought through problems shifted. My interactions both inside and outside of work deepened.
This clarity of thinking leads to both leading well and living well. In business the pattern is consistent: the ambition that carries us to leadership roles rarely switches off. The stakes get higher, the demands increase, and the time and space to think, discuss, and trust what is driving us shrinks.
The work I do is not advisory, mentorship, or therapy. It's a confidential partnership built around the questions that don't have clear answers. These are questions that surface late at night, while you are navigating board conversations, in the hours before a deal closes, or during the drive home at the end of a long week. Questions that make you think: Am I thinking about this in the right way? Is this who I want to be?
I believe a deep knowledge of business is a multiplier for this work and therefore I continue to consult, invest, and serve on boards alongside my practice. This helps to keep my questions sharp and hold what is important to you at the forefront.
